The Two-Plus-Four Treaty - 25 Years On
It's one of the most important treaties in German history: the Two-Plus-Four Treaty was the foundation for German reunifcation in 1990. It was negotiated by the allied powers - the USA, the USSR, France and the United Kingdom - and the two German states - East Germany and West Germany - following the fall of the Berlin wall.
