Baerbock in Kyiv: Don't get involved in Putin's stalling tactics

Annalena Baerbock visits Kyiv for the ninth and probably last time as Foreign Minister. She warns against falling for Putin's stalling tactics and appeals to the USA not to be fooled. Germany is also pledging a further 130 million euros in support for Ukraine.
